Thabang is the founder and managing director of Abuti Rams Consultancy (ARC) and BizM8 Group with vast experience in Business Development, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) aided by his qualifications in Business Informatics, Cybersecurity, Web and Application Development.
Thabang also provides consulting and training services in social media for organisations such as Facebook Africa through Digify Africa, Vodacom South Africa, The Innovation Hub (TIH), German Cooperation (GIZ), South African National Blood Service (SANBS), South African Police Services (SAPS) and Gauteng Department of Community Safety.
During his 11 years as a human development practitioner, Thabang worked with hundreds of individuals and groups across various sectors including teachers, students, government administrators, political and even religious leaders by assisting and guiding them to greater levels of achievement, fulfilment and empowerment.
As a brand and digital strategist includes work he has done in developing web applications, digital campaign management and effective digital marketing strategies for local and global organisations such as Climate Innovation Centre (CIC) South Africa, City of Tshwane and Gauteng Enterprise Propeller (GEP).
