Bakone’s Instructional Design activities are based on classical instructional design models while utilizing contemporary approaches to designing learning.
Instructional design is the systematic process of creating effective and engaging learning experiences, materials, and activities to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies. It involves analyzing learning needs, designing instructional strategies, developing learning materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of the instructional interventions.
Through our use of Instructional Design, we are able to combine principles of learning theory, cognitive psychology, instructional technology, and effective communication to create meaningful and impactful learning experiences for learners.
